More than two third of the company’s revenue base is recurring, deriving from multi-year outsourcing and application maintenance contracts, and they deliver this within a global framework of three major Service Lines: Consulting, System Integration and Managed Operations. The Company’s annual revenue is EUR 5, 5 billion and it employs over 50.000 people in 40 countries around the world.
Our Client is a challenger in the South African market with the ambition of becoming top 5 within 3-5 years through substantial growth.
THE POSITION
The new CEO will be handling a complete set of responsibilities – the most important being: Overall responsibility for all day-to-day activities with the entire management team reporting directly to the CEO, with total P&L responsibility, be responsible for driving the overall growth strategy for the company - substantially grow the business/the company, increase profitability and operational excellence, provide strategic leadership and vision to the organization, lead the management team to be effective developers of solutions to business challenges thereby establishing credibility throughout the organization, develop a strong organization with the right people in the right positions, together with senior management, ensure people strategies and compensation systems are appropriate to attract and retain the required workforce to achieve growth and profit ambitions, develop an environment that is sales development oriented and externally competitive, and together with the CFO, ensure the accuracy, completeness, integrity and appropriate disclosure of financial statements and other financial information through appropriate policies and procedures.

He/she will be an experienced manager with a successful track record; an intelligent, energetic and professional leader with a positive attitude, strong work ethics, the ability to create trust and the capacity to make meaningful and measurable contributions to the growth to our Client.
